Saturday: quiche with broccoli, spinach, onion, ham, and cheese
Sunday: homemade pizza – taco, pepperoni, and cheese (3 types..not all on one!)
Monday: steak, steamed broccoli, pasta
Wednesday: salmon with dill sauce, wild rice, roasted green beans
Thursday: leftover chicken noodle
Friday: on the road – headed to see my family and attend my family reunion this weekend!
