We originally had this over the summer, with garden tomatoes – but we’ve had it since then with ‘on the vine’ tomatoes from the grocery store and it is just as good! The tomato sauce has a VERY light flavor, and the cream adds a little richness. We love it and you will too.

Another winner – this one from Pinterest! This is a fun soup to serve, as you put the “cheesy yum” in the bottom of the bowl, ladle soup over it, and then as you run your spoon through it, the cheese incorporates into the soup…and it tastes just like lasagna!...
