New smoothie recipe! I also enjoy these two – but with Chobani putting out a new flavor (lemon) I thought I’d give this a go! It’s delicious! ‘I’m anxious to pick up some raspberries and try that as well Smile

I don’t use anything but greek yogurt in my smoothies anymore – most have 10+ grams of protein, and a lot of protein at breakfast helps keep me full all day AND gives me power for my workouts.

I generally add spinach after blending all the ingredients together – I just happened to be out on the day I snapped this pic.

Trust me. You can’t taste the spinach. It just makes your smoothie green! But word of advice: only use baby spinach. “Adult” spinach is coarser and you can taste it a bit Smile

Strawberry Lemonade Smoothie

(Me)

1 container Chobani Lemon Greek Yogurt

4 ice cubes

1/2 large banana, or, 1 whole small banana

1/2-3/4 cup frozen (or fresh) strawberries / or

splash of milk (so it can blend properly)

2 handfuls baby spinach (optional)

– Toss all in the blender and blend together

– If you want to add spinach, add it after blending your smoothie together to make sure it incorporates properly
