Saturday: Leftover chicken cordon bleu casserole

Sunday: Takeout (pizza!)

Prep Work:

  • Make and cook turkey meatballs for Tuesday
  • Cook chicken for Thursday
  • Chop broccoli and salad fixin’s for the week
  • Cut up ripe cantaloupe

Monday: beef steak, green beans, pasta

Tuesday: spaghetti with turkey meatballs, salad

Wednesday: salmon, risotto, steamed cauliflower

Thursday: chicken with orzo and broccoli (using my shrimp with orzo and broccoli recipe…with chicken)

Friday: venison burgers on the grill (because spring is finally showing it’s face here in PA!), unsure about sides yet
