Menu Plan Monday

Sunday: Prep day

  • Chop veggies
  • Make bread
  • Prep as much of the baked ziti as I can (Cook sausage, mix sauce together)

Monday: steak, cauliflower, pasta

Tuesday: baked ziti, salad

Wednesday: roast beef blintzes, broccoli

Thursday: leftover ziti

Friday: leftover blintzes
