There hasn’t been much excitement or new recipes here in a few weeks — just too busy! And DH likes to repeat his favorite meals once in awhile 🙂
Sunday: Made some odd weight-watchers pumpkin muffin recipe. We’ll see about those…
Prep day:
- Chopped veggies
- Made bread for DH
- Cut up fruit for the week
Monday: steak, broccoli/cauliflower mix, pasta
Tuesday: Cafe Rio Pork tacos, mexi rice, refried beans
Wednesday: grilled lemon/dill salmon, salad
Thursday: leftover pork taco stuff
Friday: headed west to see my family!
