Sunday: DH is slow-grilling a big pork roast like this. Yum. Serving with twice baked potatoes and salad
Also prep day:
- Chop veggies
- Make lunch for the week (Chicken Soup with Lemon and Orzo)
- Make bread for DH
- Make chili — because it always tastes better after it’s had time to sit!
- Make brown rice for chili
Monday: steak, cauliflower, pasta
Tuesday: Leftover pork sandwiches, potatoes, salad
Wednesday: chili with rice, cornbread
Thursday: chili leftovers
Friday: headed to western pennsylvania to see my family — dinner on the road!
