Saturday: traveling

Sunday: traveling – probably take-out when we get home

Monday: steak, broccoli, pasta

Tuesday: mississippi roast, baby red potatoes, green beans

Wednesday: grilled salmon, wild rice, peas

Thursday: leftover roast – maybe as a quesedilla? Hrm – that sounds good. 🙂

Friday: take-out so there’s plenty of time to prep for our picnic on Saturday!
