Saturday: out to dinner with hubby – taking advantage of the ability to do so since we have 5 more weeks until my due date
Sunday: dinner with the inlaws: hubby is making ribs on the smoker, and I’m contributing coleslaw, cornbread, and peach cobbler
Monday: steak, steamed broccoli, pasta (side note: I’m also taking a day to ‘nest’ on Monday – planning on a double batch of homemade spaghetti sauce, a batch of chili, frozen yogurt trail mix bars, baked oatmeal, and english muffin breakfast sandwiches for the freezer in preparation of Baby B’s arrival)
Tuesday: angel hair with shrimp in lemon cream sauce, steamed veggie medley
Wednesday: southwest chicken wraps, chips/salsa
Thursday: hamburgers/hot dogs on the grill, salad, oven fries
Friday: leftovers, take-out, or spaghetti
