Lots of grillin’ going on in our household! Hubby has taken up a charcoal/slow cook grilling hobby and I am all too happy to encourage it! I am pregnant, and starting my third trimester, so our menus are a little different (grilling, carrying dishes over from week to week) as we navigate baby classes and baby prep and hot summer days!
Saturday: Hubby’s first attempt at brisket on the charcoal grill (it was amazing!), grilled corn on the cob, baked beans
Sunday: “Disney style” turkey legs on the charcoal grill, grilled zucchini/squash/potato medley
Monday: steak, steamed broccoli, pasta
Tuesday: spicy sausage pasta, salad
Wednesday: leftover brisket and sides
Thursday: leftover chicken, or grilled sausage/onion/peppers
Friday: unsure – we are both off and didn’t plan this far yet!
