Saturday: we had a little backyard campfire, complete with mountain pies (pizza and ham/cheese), s’mores (with hershey bars or mini reese’s cups), and hot dogs/chips

Sunday: hubby is embarking on a charcoal grilling mission – so he’s cooking up one whole chicken with a spice rub, and one whole chicken BBQ sauce style – to be served with potato salad and grilled corn on the cob

Monday: steak, steamed broccoli, pasta

Tuesday: leftover chicken – maybe quesadillas?

Wednesday:  OYO – on your own

Thursday: dinner out with hubby due to evening obligations

Friday: sloppy joes, oven fries, salad
