Saturday: made shepherd’s pie and cherry hand pies for a neighbor; kept half the shepherd’s pie recipe (makes 1 9×13 or 2 8×8) for our dinner this week and made us some apple hand pies; we had lasagna with this meat sauce

Sunday: pulled pork sandwiches, coleslaw, baked beans

Monday: steak, steamed broccoli, pasta

Tuesday: shepherd’s pie

Wednesday: lemony tuna and pasta

Thursday: leftovers/ clean out the fridge

Friday: on the road – headed to see family for Easter
