Sunday: grilled, smoked, casing hot dogs with fixin’s (real deal! Mmm!), german potato salad
Monday: steak, sautéed zucchini, sweet potato
Tuesday: beef stroganoff, salad
Wednesday: make-your-own omelet, toast, home fries with onions/peppers
Thursday: leftover stroganoff
Friday: either salmon at-home, or take-out fish fry for Lent
