Menu plans have been tough to stick to here lately! Or really short – like this one.
Saturday: not sure. was supposed to be baked shrimp and broccoli-cheddar risotto – but frankly, it’s 7pm on Saturday as I type this and I’m thinking about take-out!
Sunday: chicken parm with a twist; spaghetti; salad
Monday: steak, steamed broccoli, sweet potato for me, pasta for DH
Tuesday: on my own
Wednesday: san francisco pork chops (crockpot), garlic rice pilaf, sautéed zucchini
Thursday: on my own
Friday: leftover pork chops
