Saturday: chicken club quesadillas (these were supposed to be Friday’s dinner, but I was persuaded to enjoy pizza and beer instead!)

also whipped up this protein-rich baked oatmeal (with blueberries and bananas) for my weekday breakfasts – there are higher protein content varieties out there but this one was the highest per serving (at 15g) without resorting to protein powder

Sunday: spaghetti (trying this sauce in my eternal quest to find the perfect homemade sauce), salad, garlic bread

also enjoyed this green orange julius today – very refreshing! I drink these green drinks often, but this as a nice change of pace

Monday: steak, steamed broccoli, pasta

Tuesday: creamy dijon chicken, garlic rice pilaf, roasted cauliflower

Wednesday: meatloaf, mashed potatoes, steamed green beans

Thursday: on my own

Friday: leftover meatloaf
