Things have been pretty low-key on the menu front around here. Just after Christmas, DH had a bad cold, and then over New Year’s, I had it. Except mine (always wanting to trump whatever DH had!) decided to warp into a double ear infection and a bit o’ bronchitis. I  haven’t done much but sit and read (although it’s only 1.16.12 and I’ve already read 5 books in 2012. LOL). Most people are anxious to hit the gym with the New Year – and I haven’t been there in 2 weeks!

We’ll try to get back on the bandwagon for y’all soon. Smile

Saturday: chicken curry, jasmine rice, steamed green beans

Sunday: in-laws over for dinner (FIL is picky so we typically keep it plain): parmesan pork chops, risotto, broccoli with cheese sauce

Monday: steak, roasted cauliflower, baked potato

Tuesday: leftover chicken curry

Wednesday: fire island ziti

Thursday: panko-breaded whitefish, salad, french fries

Friday: fire island ziti leftovers
