Saturday: celebrated Christmas with my family – ham, scalloped cheesy potatoes, green beans, rolls, and TOO many sugar cookies!

Sunday: take-out on the way home

Monday: steak, steamed broccoli, pasta

Tuesday: baja fish tacos, cilantro rice

Wednesday: crockpot baked potato soup (I’m going to cook up and shred some chicken to add to this and increase the protein)

Thursday: leftover baja tacos
