also prepped cookies for christmas…we celebrate with my family the weekend prior to christmas, so I’m always a bit ahead…
cookie dough truffles (made and stored in the freezer)
snickerdoodles (made the dough; will bake closer to our celebration)
strawberry cream cookies (new one this year! word is they freeze well already baked, so I’m doing that)
Sunday: skillet beef stroganoff, salad
Monday: steak, cheesy cauliflower, pasta
Tuesday: salmon, risotto, green beans
Wednesday: garlic alfredo over fettuccini with broccoli and shrimp (this has been on the menu twice now and keeps getting put aside!)
Thursday: on my own!
Friday: on my own!
