We ended up eating a lot of leftovers last week so there are some repeats here that didn’t get made last week!

Saturday: crockpot BBQ ribs, baked beans, cornbread muffins

Sunday: spaghetti and meatballs, garlic bread

Monday: steak, steamed broccoli, pasta

Tuesday: on my own – DH has a meeting

Wednesday: cheddar brauts with beer-braised onions and roasted potatoes

Thursday: mahi mahi filets with lemon-pepper breadcrumb topping, macaroni and cheese, roasted green beans

Friday: pan-fried panko chicken, mashed potatoes, cheesy cauliflower gratin
