Well, I’m doing it – the “traditional” pork and sauerkraut for New Year’s! I normally refuse to do it because I hate sauerkraut…but ah well. We need all the luck we can get in 2011!

Saturday: pork roast and sauerkraut in the crockpot, mashed potatoes, green beans

Sunday: french dip sandwiches (beef in the crockpot), salad

Monday: steak, steamed broccoli, pasta

Tuesday: fish tacos with baja cream, mexican rice, black beans

Wednesday: pork roast leftovers

Thursday: french dip leftovers

Friday: either ham (sliced and frozen after we were sick of it at Christmas) and macaroni and cheese and cauliflower / or / zuppa toscana with salad and breadsticks
