This is how your posts will look. I have added this post into all four categories: Exercise, Life, Menus, and Recipes that way the categories will show up in the Nav Bar. In this theme the categories do not show up in the Nav Bar unless they have a post tied to them.
Your font type, colors, link colors, etc… can be changed easily at any time. I will show you had to change those.
