My new year’s resolution/goal is to be more healthy. I don’t just mean in the physical sense, but spiritually healthy too! I started to eat more healthy and working out with the Wii and trying to walk (when it’s not freezing.)
On the spiritual side, I’ve started to go back to church. I feel more centered after going and has introduced to a group of people that have been a family to me.
