These were delicious! They really do taste like cinnamon rolls! They are certainly not low-cal, but they’re a delicious once-in-awhile treat.

Cinnamon Roll Pancakes

(Just 2 Good)

Ingredients for the pancakes:
1 1/2 Cups all-purpose flour
3 Tbps white sugar
1/2 tsp salt
4 tsps baking powder
1 Tbsp cinnamon
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup milk
2 Tbsp corn syrup
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 Tbsp vanilla

ingredients for the glaze:
1 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup butter, melted
dash of salt
1 Tbsp maple syrup
1/4 whole milk*

Directions
In a medium bowl, combine the flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, and cinnamon. Whisk to combine.

In a separate bowl, beat together the eggs, milk, corn syrup, butter, and vanilla. Stir flour mixture into the egg mixture.

Heat a lightly greased griddle over medium/low heat. Pour about a 1/4 cup of batter onto the griddle. Brown on both sides.

To make the icing whisk together the powdered sugar, butter, salt, maple syrup, and milk until combined.

Serve pancakes warm with icing drizzled on top.

*Amy recommends only using whole milk for the glaze; low fat milk won’t give you the same glaze consistency
