Whew. This week is handing it to me. And today it rained all day. That kinda bums me out. And now as I sit down to type this into WordPress, WordPress is giving me flack!
Breakfast
Two frozen waffles (originally Hodgson Mills made by moi) with an egg + 2 egg whites smashed between, and dipped in real maple syrup
Delish.
Lunch
Whole wheat rigatoni with garlic & onion spaghetti sauce and a sprinkle of parmesan.
Handful of dark chocolate M&M’s – times two. It’s been a rough week and the chocolate soothes my soul!
Snack
1/2 a Clif bar
Exercise
10 minute warm-up on the elliptical
Gentle stretching
Oxygen Workout – I was super-dragging today, so I decreased my weight down. I didn’t have the muscle or the mental focus for the heavier weight.
1h20m @ the gym (sluggish!) = 530 calories burned
Headed home to walk the pup, but I must’ve looked worse for the wear because Dave agreed to walk her instead.
Dinner
Mahi mahi filets (or “loins” as the bag says) with lemon and garlic, annie’s macaroni and cheese, and steamed cauliflower. It was an incredibly ‘white’ meal, but oh well.
