Meetings, meetings, meetings! GAH!
I know it’s silly, but I am such a schedule person – I like to stick to my schedule in all aspects of life.
It’s a control thing. LOL
Today was wild and not scheduled. Lots of meetings, meetings running over, meetings I didn’t know I had to sit in on…whew!
The Red Berry rides again!
I had half this muffin, but it made my stomach hurt. It was banana/walnut. Bad muffin. 🙁
My tums still hurt from the muffin as lunch rolled around, so I ate my sandwich and about ½ the small baggie of pretzels.
I had a meeting immediately after lunch and when it was over I was starving, so I ate the sweet potato I’d packed for my lunch as well.
Ahh. Much better.
I know it’s boring for a blogger to blog the same snack every day. But guess what?
This week has been my strongest week in the gym in ages. Sure, my snack probably isn’t the only factor, but I’m superstitious enough to think it has something to do with it.
And I’m stickin’ to it! If it ain’t broke….

45 minutes steady-state. 20 minutes on the treadmill at 8% incline, 3.9 MPH. Then I hopped on the elliptical for 15 minutes.
Back and bicep strength tonight…I dropped the weight a bit because my back is sore, and I’m not sure why. I don’t want to risk injury.

DH made dinner, so I took the pup for a 20 minute walk.
I don’t know how fish night always falls on Wednesday. I swear I don’t consciously plan that.

I know the mac and cheese is a weird addition, but I was hungry for it.
