Trying to keep the menu pretty low key and casual, as I’m at 37 weeks pregnant. Smile

Saturday:  out with my hubby before baby arrives

Sunday: best chicken marinade on grilled chicken, creamy chive potatoes, corn

Monday: hubby is smoking brisket, maybe I’ll make some cornbread and a salad

Tuesday: steak, steamed broccoli, pasta

Wednesday: pierogie/kielbasa/onion skillet dinner, green beans

Thursday: meatball subs, salad

Friday: salmon, wild rice, peas

Saturday:  picnic with the neighbors – I took coleslaw

Sunday: smoked whole chickens, mashed potatoes, corn on the cob and tomato/cucumber salad

Monday:  take-out, as we have our LAST baby class (woohoo!)

Tuesday: steak, steamed broccoli, pasta

Wednesday:  chicken noodle soup (with the leftover chicken from Sunday), cheddar biscuits

Thursday:  OYO – on your own

Friday:  omelets and hashbrowns
